You’re a coach, and we are physicians, certified athletic trainers, and physical therapists with many years of professional healthcare training behind us. When you finish taking the online course, or listening to the mp3’s, or read the pdf documents you’ll be a better educated coach but you will not be a physician, certified athletic trainer, physical therapist or other qualified healthcare professional (unless you already started off as one!). After completing the required questions you’ll be given a certificate showing that you successfully completed the course but we do not certify that you’re a competent healthcare provider. Be smart, use common sense, and get professional help for your injured athletes if you have questions or need help with an injury on the field of play. Would you like the “legal” version of this paragraph? Read on.
